Course Overview
The MS-700T00-A course provides the knowledge and skills needed to manage Microsoft Teams in a Microsoft 365 environment. It is intended for learners who want to build their Teams administration skills or prepare for responsibilities associated with the Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator role.
The course covers the key areas involved in administering Teams, including deployment planning, licensing, management tools, governance, lifecycle management, policies, templates, and monitoring. It also explores how Teams works with Microsoft 365 Groups, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Learners will also become familiar with Teams usage reports, Microsoft Entra access reviews, network connectivity monitoring, notifications, alerts, and feedback policies.

Pre-requisites
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services.
