Course Overview
This course is designed for IT professionals who manage devices and applications in a Microsoft 365 environment. It covers the day-to-day skills needed to deploy, configure, manage, and secure endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
Participants will learn how to prepare the environment for device management, enroll Windows and mobile devices, manage applications, apply security policies, and deploy Windows devices with Windows Autopilot. The course also introduces endpoint management automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Security Copilot, Microsoft Intune Suite capabilities, and cloud-hosted desktops using Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Course Objective
- Understand how Microsoft Intune supports modern endpoint management.
- Configure Microsoft Entra ID for device and policy management.
- Manage device identities, authentication, join types, and trust settings.
- Plan and configure device enrollment for Windows, iOS/iPadOS, macOS, and Android.
- Deploy Windows devices using Windows Autopilot.
- Manage and maintain devices through Microsoft Intune.
- Manage applications and protect organizational data on managed endpoints.
- Apply endpoint security and access policies.
- Use PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft Security Copilot to support endpoint administration.
- Work with Microsoft Intune Suite, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop capabilities.
Pre-requisites
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and user and group management.
- Access to a Microsoft 365 test tenant is recommended for hands-on practice.
