Course Overview
The AI for Scrum Masters course is designed to empower Agile coaches, Scrum Masters, and delivery leads with practical AI-driven tools to enhance team facilitation, communication, and performance tracking. Spanning a 2-day workshop (4 hours per day), participants learn to leverage prompt engineering, AI playbooks, risk identification techniques, data-driven forecasting, and automated metrics to streamline Agile delivery and support high-performing teams.
Course Objective
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the history and evolution of AI and its application in Scrum environments.
- Apply fundamental prompt engineering principles to optimize Scrum Master workflows.
- Utilize a Scrum Master AI Playbook and tools to improve Scrum events and ceremonies.

Pre-requisites
Participants should have:
