Course Overview
The Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) course is an advanced-level Scrum Alliance certification designed for experienced Product Owners who want to strengthen their product management, stakeholder collaboration, and product leadership skills.
Building on the foundations of the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), this instructor-led course explores advanced techniques for defining product vision, validating assumptions, managing complex product backlogs, engaging stakeholders, forecasting product delivery, and maximizing customer value. Participants learn practical approaches for balancing business objectives with customer needs while working effectively with multiple Scrum teams in complex Agile environments.
The course is highly interactive, combining discussions, collaborative exercises, case studies, simulations, and instructor coaching to help participants develop advanced product ownership capabilities that can be immediately applied within their organizations.
Upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of Scrum Alliance requirements, participants will earn the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (A-CSPO®) certification.

Pre-requisites
Participants must meet the following prerequisites:
- Hold an active Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification.
- Minimum 12 months of Product Owner experience within the last five years (as required by Scrum Alliance for certification).
- Familiarity with Scrum principles and Agile product development.
- Experience working with Scrum Teams is recommended.
- Willingness to actively participate in discussions, simulations, and collaborative exercises.
