Course Overview
The PECB Certified NIS 2 Directive Lead Implementer training course develops the competencies required to plan, implement, manage, monitor, and maintain a cybersecurity program that meets the requirements of the NIS 2 Directive. It addresses the directive’s requirements and the organizational practices needed to strengthen cybersecurity and resilience.
The course covers NIS 2 implementation, cybersecurity governance, asset and risk management, cybersecurity controls, supply chain security, incident and crisis management, business continuity, communication, testing, monitoring, and continual improvement. Participants also learn how to interpret NIS 2 requirements within an organizational context and apply appropriate implementation methodologies and best practices.
