Course Overview

The Certified Artificial Intelligence Manager (CAIM)® course is designed for professionals who are responsible for leading, managing, or supporting AI initiatives within their organizations. It provides a practical understanding of how AI projects can be aligned with business priorities while being managed responsibly through appropriate governance, risk management, and oversight.

Over five days, participants explore the AI life cycle from both a management and practical perspective. The course covers AI fundamentals, business alignment, data readiness, governance, fairness, transparency, security, and risk. Participants also gain hands-on exposure to Power BI for data analysis and decision-making, as well as n8n for building AI-driven workflows and agents without requiring extensive coding knowledge.

Pre-requisites

Participants should have a basic understanding of business processes, project management, or organizational operations. General awareness of artificial intelligence and data-driven decision-making is recommended but not mandatory. No programming experience is required, as the practical activities use accessible tools and no-code environments such as Power BI and n8n.
