Participants learn to plan and configure Teams Phone using Microsoft Calling Plans, Operator Connect, and Direct Routing; optimize network performance for real-time media; configure Teams policies and emergency calling; and extend Teams Phone with services such as compliance recording, certified contact centers, and voice bots. The course also addresses administration and monitoring using Microsoft Teams administration tools, PowerShell, and the Call Quality Dashboard, together with identity, access, and secure collaboration practices.
