Course Overview
The Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102T00-A) course provides intermediate-level training in the core areas of Microsoft 365 administration, including tenant management, identity synchronization, security, threat protection, data governance, and compliance. Participants learn to configure and manage Microsoft 365 tenants, users, licenses, groups, custom domains, and client connectivity.
The course also covers identity synchronization and access management, along with Microsoft 365 security services and threat protection using Microsoft Defender XDR. Participants explore Microsoft 365 compliance capabilities, including data governance, archiving and retention, data loss prevention (DLP), insider risk management, information barriers, data classification, and sensitivity labels. The course is designed for individuals aspiring to the Microsoft 365 Administrator role.

Pre-requisites
- Participants should have completed a role-based administrator training collection such as Messaging, Teamwork, Security and Compliance, or Collaboration.

- Proficient understanding of general IT practices is required.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell is recommended.
