AI for Product Owners

The AI for Product Owners course by Scrum Alliance equips Agile leaders, Product Owners, and Product Managers with practical generative AI skills to streamline product management responsibilities. Over an intensive 8-hour, 2-day workshop, learn how to leverage responsible AI collaboration, prompt engineering, and modern AI tools to accelerate market research, draft detailed product requirements, write robust epics and user stories, and optimize backlog refinement.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Navigate the Adobe Photoshop CC workspace and customize an efficient editing environment.
• Perform professional photo corrections using retouching and enhancement tools.
• Create accurate selections using modern selection techniques and masking tools.
• Apply non-destructive editing techniques using layers, Smart Objects, and adjustment layers.
• Enhance photographs using Adobe Camera Raw and advanced color correction tools.
• Create professional image composites using masks, blending modes, and Smart Filters.
• Apply creative visual effects and digital artwork techniques.
• Utilize AI-powered Neural Filters and Content-Aware technologies to accelerate image editing.
• Export optimized images for print, digital publishing, and social media platforms.

Participants should have:

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Windows or macOS.
• Basic understanding of digital images is beneficial but not required.
• No prior Photoshop experience is necessary.
